I would highly recommend FDR training, boarding and day camp! We signed Woodie up for the Puppy Training since our main concern was for him to be social plus no longer pulling on the leash. There were a couple of other issues however nothing major ~ as we thought. Other issues came up however talking with the trainers, we have been guided on how to handle the situations. Woodie came home with better manners, improved skills and happier "doggy parents". We were trained how to properly control Woodie and have him mind better. I'm just disappointed in myself that we didn't find FDR when we brought Woodie home when he was 10 mos old with zero knowledge. I wish we didn't spend 5 mos trying to train him ourselves (I would say that Woodie was about 90% better than when we first brought him home). It is always a pleasure to walk into FDR....the staff is very courteous, friendly, willing to help. We had to board Woodie for 2 weeks at "another place" in July..we came home and I could tell that he wasn't all that happy. He looked stressed, he had some marks on his nose and no voice! He came home from FDR after training happy. I brought him back for a nights stay ~ he was trying to RUN to the front door! That made me happy ~ and sad...HEEL! :-) Great job to all of the trainers at FDR and a special thanks to Michael for all of his patience and making my husband be a believer also in FDR! We look forward to bringing both of our dogs to Day Care and Boarding! If I had to state a complaint it would be that there is no day care on the weekends. Woodie is a work in progress ~ after all, he is a Jack Russell!
