Dear Jeff & the California Energy Systems team,

Thank you so much for your excellent work on planning, finding, and installing the new garden window in the front of our home in Sacramento. Our neighbors and many passerby's have commented on how much the window adds to the " curb appeal" of our house.The window is also fantastic from the inside and brings much needed light into the north side of our house as well as provides an ideal location for our houseplants.

I have enclosed copies of photograph's of the installation and finished product. The installation crew deserves special mention for their speed, attention to detail, and great clean-up job.

This whole experience has been a pleasure and the new window will bring us joy for decades to come.

When my wife and I decided to have either siding or stucco applied to our home we had talked with several contractors. When we talked to Gary form California Energy Service it was a real delight. He tool the time to educate us on the pros and cons od the different types of products and his quote was within our budget. After deciding to choose CECS with our project, Gary was with us every step of the way.

He went out out of his way to work with us and even talked to the Association members. His installation crew was very professional and always on time. When we decided on some changes it was never a problem.

Gary and his crew felt more like family then contractors and they even went out of their way to help with things outside the contract.

The siding and french doors where finished on time and within budget and my neighbors all tell me how beautiful the house looks. Its refreshing to work with people who are honest and deliver what they say.

We wanted to send a letter to say thank you for the professional work completed by your crew-especially 'Salvic'. His courteous and professional manner is a great advertisement for CECS. More businesses need individuals with his attitude and presentation of professionalism. Due to Salvic's professionalism we can recommend CECS to friends & neighbors.

Since installing the Prodigy siding in May, it has completely changed the look of our house. Our neighbors comment that it looks like a new house in the neighborhood and comment on its beauty. We notice when the windows and doors are all closed the noise level is reduced and during these 100+ temperatures we notice the inside of our house is quite comfortable without operating the air conditioning.

We are absolutely thrilled with our residential windows retrofit. The professionalism started with Mr. Gary Lee's home visit. There was no high pressure, recommendations were based for energy efficiency & the bid was extremely competitive. Gary followed -up again with a walk through detailing every window and door treatment before installation.

Our greatest concern was damage to our custom window treatments and hardwood floors. The minute the installation crew arrived are concerns "went out the window." The installation crew led by Frank was superb. They introduced themselves and shook our hands as they walked through the door. They were well mannered and neatly groomed. Our floors, drapery and furniture were protected and window treatments were re-installed perfectly. The old windows were expertly cut out, removed and hauled off site. Installation was meticulous with no cutting corners. Trim was well matched & windows were cleaned and installed.

The crew was hard working and the chief remained onsite at all times. Clean up was done to perfection, inside and outside of our home.

The windows are absolutely beautiful and the views through the glass are spectacular. The tinting is amazing. We are very pleased with our Simonton windows and your company. We have already recommended your company to several of our neighbors. Based on the quality of this work, we are using your company for a future HVAC installation.

I greatly appreciate the manner in which you stood behind your warranty and resealed the two windows that developed leaks long after they were installed. I understand that sometimes things don't go the way that you wish they would and my project was one of those, but you were there standing tall to back up your workmanship.

Both California Energy & Simington Windows have been there for me when problems did arise to the point that I doubt that either companies cleared a prophet when all was said & done.

I'm sure that this was an unusual case where everything seemed to go wrong, but as two respectable and reliable companies you stood by to correct these problems as they arose long after the installation and went the extra mile to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Thank you so much for taking care of these issues as they arose.

To any prospective customers of either company rest assured if a problem arises with your windows and doors it will not be your problem as they will stand tall and correct any problems that may arise.

I would like to testify to the great quality of window installation I receive from California Energy Consultant Service's. (CECS). After doing much research and receiving many estimates from many window companies, I chose CECS based primarily on the high reputation of Simongton Windows in addition to the excellent knowledge, experience, and customer service I experienced from Gary Lee, a CECS Sales Manager. CECS also offered me a good price.

The installers replaced my windows in less than half a day, installing the new ones neatly and with no mess left behind. They courteously addressed my concerns. I appreciate their attention to detail. After the installation, Gary came by to inspect the job and to ensure that I was happy with the job done.

Since enjoying my new windows for several months now , I have experienced nothing but complete satisfaction with them. The quality of the windows, the installation, and the improvement in my home's energy efficiency surpassed my expectations.

We are very impressed with the high level of service you give your customers. You installed new windows for us in 2002. A few months ago we experienced a break-in and one of our screens was damaged. I called you to see if the screen could be repaired or replaced and was told that you will replace our screens at no charge. My husband and I were a bit dumbfounded, but very grateful that you extended this kind of service.

We had another remarkable experience with your company just this week. We wanted to wash the sliding screen door and needed help removing and replacing the door so it could be washed. You agreed to come out and help us. Your service technician, Joe, was courteous and most helpful. We could see that taking off the door was a chore, even for Joe, but he popped it out and waited patiently while we washed it and then he put it back on the track for us. Joe offered some great advice. He said we could easily just wash it with the screen on the track. This never occurred to us, we thought the water would seep into the house. Joe assured us it would not.

We think Joe deserves special recognition for his fine service. And your whole company deserves credit for pursuing a policy of outstanding service to your customers.

After getting estimates from three competing companies, I selected California Energy Consultant Services (CECS) to replace 32 windows and 3 outside doors in my 15 year old house. The Simonton windows that CECS recommended are very energy efficient and affordable. They have reduced the amount of traffic noise seeping into the house and look terrific! The whole job was completed in less than 3 full days with minimal stress. The CECS crew was great and the guys group of guys took care to clean up after themselves. I give this company and the product 5 stars.

I was very impressed with the technicians and they worked as a "well oiled team" being very efficient and completing their work with impressive teamwork.
There was no mess, their work was cleaned up each evening and everything was neat and clean when they finished the job.
I was unable, due to some medical issues to move furniture away from the windows and also move it back into place at the completion of the work.
Jason and his team took care of everything and exhibited great customer service.
